Client Portal Activation and Overview

The Client Portal will be our primary system for communicating and sharing information about the mediation.

1. Check your email for an invitation to activiate your Client Portal Account,.

2. Click on the link and then you’ll be taken to a secure screen where you can select your password.

3. Once you gain access to your Client Portal you can log out under the My Account link in the menu bar.

4. To access your Client Portal in the future you can click on Email Notifications as they come, or setup a bookmark you can use or you can always visit my website myfamilymediation.com and then select Client Portal in the menu bar.
